Irresistible is produced by The Josh Bersin Company in partnership with USC Marshall Executive Education. The conference will be held at the beautiful University of Southern California campus, approximately 10 miles from Los Angeles International Airport and about five miles from Union station. 

The USC campus, with its beautiful landscaping and renowned architecture, makes for a unique conference experience.

Irresistible 2026 attendees may earn recertification credits for their participation. Codes and credit hours for SHRM and HRCI will be available in the attendee app through the duration of the conference.

Summer 2026 is anticipated to be extremely busy for events in and around downtown Los Angeles. The event is taking place immediately prior to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, also hosted in the area. Early registration and travel reservations are highly encouraged.

Please note that while Irresistible is a business event, there will be a fair amount of walking across USC's campus during the event, so we recommend that attendees come prepared with comfortable shoes.

We recommend Irresistible attendees to stay either in the LA Live area or at the dedicated USC Hotel next to campus. Our conference will begin on Monday morning with a series of insightful research sessions, so we encourage you to arrive on Sunday, June 7 to be part of the full experience. For attendees staying in the LA LIVE area, a conference shuttle will provide transportation between LA LIVE and the USC campus each day of the event. The shuttle pick-up and drop-off location is shown in the map above.
